What we do
Weekly residential pool care in West Orange County, plus the work that sits around it.
Weekly pool care
Your regular service visit, same day each week. Water tested and balanced, surfaces cleaned, baskets emptied, equipment checked and the whole visit reported to you.
- Surface skim and debris removal
- Brush walls, steps and tile line
- Vacuum as required
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Water testing and balancing
- Equipment area check
Pool and spa care
Attached spas need their own testing and balancing, not a shared reading. Both bodies of water are checked and recorded separately.
- Separate spa chemistry
- Spillover and circulation check
- Jet and blower observation
Vacation rental pool care
Rental pools are checked to a tighter standard because guests arrive on a schedule you cannot move. Reports are written so you can forward them straight to a guest or a property manager.
- Guest-ready water standard
- Reports suitable for property managers
- Coordination with your management contact
Green pool recovery
A neglected or non-circulating pool is a recovery project, not a normal weekly stop. We assess it, tell you honestly what it will take, and quote the recovery separately before any work starts.
- On-site assessment first
- Written recovery plan and price
- Weekly service starts once the water is stable
Storm and debris cleanup
Storms bring debris down and knock water balance out quickly. Heavy cleanup sits outside normal weekly service and is quoted for the work actually involved.
- Post-storm condition check
- Debris removal quoted on assessment
- Priority given to circulation and safety
Equipment observation and referral
We watch your equipment every week and tell you early when something changes. We do not carry out repairs. Licensed work goes to an appropriately licensed Florida contractor.
- Filter pressure and flow monitored
- Visible leaks and changes photographed
- Plain-English explanation and referral
Repairs to permanently installed pool equipment are carried out by appropriately licensed contractors and are not included in pool service.
Optional extras, quoted for the job
These sit outside weekly service. Ask and we will price them for what is actually involved.
- Quoted separately
Weather response
Post-storm condition check and priority attention after severe weather.
- Quoted separately
Event ready
Tell us when you have people coming and we will check and correct the pool before they arrive.
- Quoted separately
Away from home
Extra visibility while you travel, a second point of contact, and confirmation your gate was left secure.
The Blue Mark standard
Most pool complaints are not about chlorine. They are about being ignored, being charged for a visit that did not happen, and finding out about a problem too late. These six things are how we prevent that.
Verified service
Every completed visit produces a real record: arrival and completion time, photographs, readings, chemicals added and tasks completed. The checklist is never auto-filled.
Clear communication
You speak to someone who has your pool's history in front of them. Plain English, no call centre, no chasing.
Proactive equipment watch
Filter pressure, circulation and visible changes are tracked week to week, so a developing problem is raised early rather than discovered when it fails.
Property respect
Our people are uniformed and identifiable. Gates are confirmed closed, pet instructions are followed, equipment goes back where it belongs, and no setting is changed without it being recorded.
No surprise charges
Additional treatment or third-party work is explained and approved before it is charged, unless your agreement already covers it.
Accountable recovery
If we cause a service failure, we correct it. You should not have to argue about it.
Know exactly what happened, every week.
After every completed visit you get a report. It is a full record of the service rather than a message saying the job is done, and it takes about ten seconds to read.
- BLUE
Everything checked is operating normally. Nothing needed from you.
- WATCH
Something is developing. We are monitoring it and we will explain it.
- ACTION
Something needs a decision, approval or an appropriately licensed provider.

Owner-led pool care in West Orange County
Blue Mark is a small local pool service and intends to stay that way. We are building a concentrated route across Winter Garden, Horizon West and Windermere rather than spreading thin across Orlando, because a tight route is how visits stay on schedule and how problems get noticed early.
Every pool gets a Pool Passport. It is a permanent record of the pool's size, surface, equipment, access requirements and full service history. Your pool is never treated as an anonymous stop on a list, and whoever services it already knows what normal looks like for your water and your equipment.

Custom quote
Some pools need to be seen before a price means anything.
- Green or neglected pool recovery
- Storm and large-scale cleanup
- Unusual size, access or equipment
- Assessed on site and quoted in writing before any work
All prices are monthly and include standard chemicals for routine weekly balancing. These are starting prices, confirmed after we have reviewed your pool. Green pool recovery, storm cleanup and specialist treatment are quoted separately, and pricing assumes safe, reasonable access to the pool and the equipment.

Questions people ask
Yes. Weekly service on a set day, all year round. If Florida weather or a route problem disrupts your day, we tell you what is happening rather than leaving you guessing.
Standard chemicals for routine weekly balancing are included in your monthly price. Specialist treatments, heavy corrective dosing and recovery chemicals are not included. Those are explained and approved before they are used.
You get a report after every completed visit, with the time we arrived and finished, a completion photo, the readings we took, what we added and what we did. If something needs your attention, it says so clearly.
No. We just need safe access to the pool and equipment. If you have a gate code, a lock or a pet, we record the instructions and follow them.
Where it is practical, yes. Your pool's full history is recorded either way, so anyone covering your service knows the pool rather than guessing.
No. We observe equipment every week and report changes early, with photos and a plain explanation. Actual repairs go to an appropriately licensed contractor.
A green or non-circulating pool needs recovery work before normal weekly service makes sense. We assess it, explain what it will take, and quote the recovery separately. Weekly service starts once the water is stable.
We check condition and prioritise circulation and safety. Normal weekly service continues as scheduled. Heavy storm cleanup is separate work and is quoted for what is actually involved.
Monthly, by card, on a set date. Your price is confirmed before service starts and does not change without being explained to you first.
Yes. Service is month to month. Tell us you want to stop and your service runs to the end of your current billing period, then ends. No cancellation fee and no notice period beyond that.
We tell you the same day, with the reason. We do not mark a visit complete when it did not happen.
