Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our service, check whether we cover your area and request a quote. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, access parts of it you have not been given access to, submit automated or false enquiries, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices for standard residential pools in our service area. They are an indication, not an offer.

A price becomes firm only when we send you a written quote for your specific property. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Work begins once you have accepted the quote and signed the service agreement.

Submitting the quote form does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we can take on your property. We may decline an enquiry, including where the property sits outside the area we cover.

Scope of what we do

Blue Mark Pool Care provides routine pool maintenance and water care. On equipment, we carry out observation and referral only: we report what we see and point you to a suitable contractor. We do not carry out repairs, and nothing on this site should be read as a repair, installation or inspection service.

Accuracy of content

We keep the information on this site current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but it is provided for general information. Photographs and example service records shown on the site are illustrations. They do not depict a specific customer property or a specific set of results.

Water chemistry, equipment condition and pool behaviour vary by property. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome for your pool.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics and photographs on this site belong to Blue Mark Pool Care or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering our service. You may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links

Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Blue Mark Pool Care is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your rights under a signed service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute relating to the site will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
